About the Role
Infinite Orbits is a growing company operating in the New Space sector. To strengthen our Supply Chain / Purchasing department, we are looking for a Procurement Officer dedicated to Indirect Purchasing to join our teams based in Toulouse.

Job Description
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you ensure the availability of goods and services necessary for the proper functioning of the company. Your main responsibilities include:
Enter and transmit indirect purchase orders in our information system (Odoo) while respecting the negotiated conditions.
Monitor delivery times, anticipate shortages, and follow up with suppliers in case of delays.
Review, verify, and approve supplier invoices by matching them with purchase orders and goods receipts.
Handle delivery non-conformities and resolve billing disputes in coordination with Accounts Payable.
Maintain smooth communication with our supplier panel and evaluate their performance.
Assist internal clients in expressing their needs and keep them informed of their order status.
Participate in updating item/supplier databases and propose actions to optimize procurement processes.
Requirements
Education: At least Bachelor's degree specializing in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
Experience: You have a first successful experience in a similar role, ideally in indirect purchasing or general expenses management.
Technical Skills: Proficient in standard IT tools and good working knowledge of an ERP system (Odoo experience is a plus).
Soft Skills: You are recognized for your rigor, organizational skills, and responsiveness. Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you can communicate effectively in English with various stakeholders (suppliers, internal clients, accounting).
